The student must bring two completed exhibitor tags with his project. One tag must be affixed to the project (e.g., taped to the back or bottom of a project or framed or matted piece; pinned to a textile). The second tag must be paperclipped to the judging forms. The second exhibitor tag will be displayed to identify the project during the art show; it will be submitted along with the artwork and judging forms when the art is checked in at Nationals. Additional art exhibitor tags will be available at the AACS counter in Rodeheaver during check-in.
(The exhibitor tag is created six per page, but only two tags are necessary for each piece of art. One tag must be affixed to the project; the other tag will be used to identify the project when displayed at the competition. The form may be completed, saved, and then printed and cut. If completed by hand, please print neatly.)
Art competitors not attending the event in person may send art (and required judging forms and other paperwork) with another competitor or participating school. DO NOT ship art to BJU or to AACS. We are unable to take responsibility for misdirected or damaged art.
