Science Fair Judging Form - Revised October 2010

AACS National Competition - Science Fair Update 

Two versions of the AACS Science Fair Manual (2006 edition) were published inadvertently. 

1. The two versions contained slightly different areas of competition within the biological and physical science categories. Projects from either version will be accepted. 

• Biological Science: behavioral and social science, biochemistry, botany, medicine and health, microbiology, zoology
• Physical Science: chemistry, computer science, earth and space science, environmental science, mathematics, physics, pure physics, applied physics and engineering

2. The two versions along with the AACS National Competition Manual (2010 edition, available on CD) contain differing judging forms. For the AACS National Competition, competitors will be judged using the October 2010 Revised Form. 

Please be aware that competition is governed by the regulations in the Science Fair Manual (2006 edition) which includes regulations regarding prohibited areas and includes extended regulations.
